Horrible deplorable services. I had them as vintage since 2020. Service is subpar . I never have access to my cameras , my alerts don’t work . They can’t even identify the correct billing party . Technician can’t come after 3 or on saturdays so if you have a job you are out of luck . Absolutely no customer retention Horrible service

Terrible customer support - impossible to get reach. My old alarm company was bought by them, and one of the lithium powered sensors needed a new battery. Previously the old company did that but Guardian said I could do it myself. I popped the cover and it was clear I wanted them to do it. I phoned them, hit "1" so they would phone back, they never phoned back. I did the same thing again with the same results. I finally phoned them and stayed on the line until it picked up, at which point it ran
