I’m somewhat content with my house but the quality is lacking on the subfloor and flooring. A year into living in the house and the floor started to creak in multiple areas throughout the house. Called GTM they came out and “fixed it” they did a few patches where it was creaking, cut out the lvp put some screws in the subfloor than put new lvp down and glued it down.
