After repeated moisture issues in part of our basement, we contacted this company for a proper waterproofing solution instead of another temporary fix. The inspector explained the source of the problem clearly and outlined several realistic solutions without pressuring us into unnecessary upgrades. Compared to previous contractors we dealt with, this company felt much more knowledgeable and professional overall. The crew completed the work efficiently and kept us updated throughout the project.

Austin West came to check out our basement. He spent a full 2 1/2 hours checking out a bunch of stuff for us. He was comprehensive and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough.
