I had the opportunity today to meet a Field Inspector, Don Sparks due to my basement leak ing water inside. What a splendid individual he is. He took me through the steps he was going through to find my problem. I am so grateful that he found the problem before I paid money to get it resolved. We found that my sprinkler system has been leaking and that is the problem . I am fixing it now , without having to do much digging. Thank you Ground works for your competent and helpful inspector.
