I have been using their start up service for a few years now and this year I had them install a new control unit as well as spring start up. First of all they took the box with instructions and warranty info with them so I was unaware of how to use it but also they did a rush job on sprinkler set up and one of my sprinklers is missing 24” of lawn. They did agree to return my instructions and adjust said sprinkler but when they came out again the tech just left the box and took off without doing
