Installed our awning today. Did a great job!

I had a new canopy cover installed last year and it came out perfect. The fit and quality are excellent. Paul M. was fantastic - and such a great guy to work with. Highly recommended!

Had reached out to them over the holidays on December 23rd. Agreed there could be a delay at that time to fix a broken awning. Was followed by an email to Betty regarding the broken awning valance and the possibility of motarising the awning as well. They were going to send someone over to look at it in Jan. No one showed up. Followed up with an email to Betty on Feb 13th and till date there has been no response. Great customer service as you can tell. Goes to show big bucks are all that matter,
