Called to book an estimate visit, they cancelled and rescheduled fairly close to the time. I called again 20 minutes before our estimate visit on the day it was rescheduled to, I was told that I’d get a call back. Never reached back out to, never communicated with. Wasn’t a great experience when I was begging to get my carpets cleaned.
