Didn’t have the same experience as all these 5 stars and their actual service is pretty average - customer support promises to fix but dont always follow through. Signed up for fertilizer package which includes weed control and seeding for $1000, spent an additional $400 in optional treatments last year. My lawn is now full of winter weed and not a single neighbord has this issue - i decided to switch to trugreen lawn care. Winter weed requires a fall pre emergent to be applied and apparently

Bobby shows up when promised, snow removal and lawn care. i’m not at our location and he notified me if there are any issues even if it doesn’t pertain to the lawn! he’s been absolutely the best!
