I scheduled a ceiling fan install for my vaulted entryway. The electrician, Nick, arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He protected my floor and started his assessment. We came to realize, I did not have the appropriate downrod for the fan we bought. Nick was given permission to go to Lowe’s on my behalf and acquire the appropriate parts.
