Called and spoke to John. Said he had just woke up and couldn't find his glasses. (They were supposed to be open an hour prior). I made sure he had my number and he stated he would call me shortly. John never called and I rented a storage space from Willcox Storage for half the price.

Called at 7:50am and guy answers the phone like a big grump and is clearly irritated and says they don't open for another 2 hours. website clearly states they open at 7a.m. I wouldn't do business here...too many grumpy people that treat others like trash. no thank you. Hope you get some more sleep and wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow.
