Brian was extremely helpful, quick to respond to our questions and communicated throughout the process from picking out custom shades, automation needs, to the ordering process, and installation. The blinds arrived when expected and installation was completed less than 90 minutes. Brian arrived with his installer on time and was very clean and professional. They removed all the packaging and synced our blinds with our home automation system.
