Your technician is a class individual. Not only is he extremely efficient, but he's easy to talk to and helps ne to better understand exactly what he's doing. I always enjoy when he comes to the house.

At 4:00 in the afternoon my garbage disposal pipes clogged and then they broke open, spewing water and food pouring out of the cabinet. I called 4 places that advertised "24 hr emergency service", and even though it was still business hours (4:09pm), no one would come until tomorrow...EXCEPT for Gorjanc ! No problem, she said,... our guy will be there in 15 minutes !!! And he was. And he did a great job..., fixed the problem, snaked the pipes and cleaned everything up !! They saved the day.
