We had a water main leak at the street. Gonzo sent Eric out to assess the issue, he was very polite, professional, and clear with his explanation of our problem. Eric had to dig, by hand, in an awkward spot with annoying bushes in his way. The job was completed, no leaks, back filled, and no damage to the bushes. I hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do, we are calling Gonzo. Thank you very much, Eric!!
