I'm still waiting for you all to fix the damages to my yard!!! You all were suppose to get back to me and it has been 3mo!!! I would NEVER HITE THEM TO DO ANY!!! WORK!! Look at their previous jobs. My neighborhoods is full of upset people and LOTS of damages!! If you want anything done you may have to get legal involved for any resolution... shame on You for not taking accountability.

We worked hard on both the original project and approved changes. Yet, the contractor delayed payment and flat-out refused the additional change order costs. Other customers, be aware of their unwillingness to honor agreements beyond the initial cost. We stood up tho the house owner expectations, yet received no payment for the extra work. Would never recommend a person that takes advantage of laborers.

Be cautious: after our project expanded, the contractor wouldn’t pay for the additional work they agreed to. They claimed not to have funds and told us we were “crying” over a fair $300 charge.
