Water is turned off often without notifying customers. Poor service !

The water stinks . And unsafe to drink. Are they going to fix it

I was shut off for a $64 dollar bill without notice during extreme heat (114 degrees ) which is illegal in the state of AZ when I offered to pay the balance but not the disconnect fees the woman at desk was unwavering and extremely rude and refused to tell me who was above her stating she's in charge and telling me I had leave . I contacted the owning company jwholdings but have not received anything back .
