This is a horrible storage company. I will be reporting their unethical business practices to the better business bureau. Deceptive pricing with frequent substantial price increases. We found live and dead bugs in our unit along with mice droppings. The elevator is broken. Communicated these issues and they fell on deaf ears. Customer service is awful. There used to be a manager on site and now all concerns are addressed through the AI assistant. Spend your $350/moth somewhere else.

My friend supervised my moving into the unit Now 6 months later I’m going to see it myself I was surprised and upset when my monthly rate was nearly doubled after appx 3 months into the agreement. I will be looking into that-was too absorbed with health issues to address it earlier. Today a gentleman helped me locate my Unit # and code, He was v/helpful and certainly has to be one of your best employees!
