Mickey, the project supervisor, even meet me at the granite countertop facility to help with my counters. Great to work with him. Edwardo main contact at house was also made sure I was pleased with projects. They did all the floors and turn out awesome. Thank you to everyone that was here. I found the company responsive. I had new windows and a new sliding door. A few things the workers were doing I discussed and they changed to accommodate. Supervisor was good but I would have preferred he showed up on-site more often while the job was in progress. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option and I will use them again when needed.

They came out and looked at the project. Mr Shannon immediately pointed out some things I hadn't noticed but needed fixed before they could paint. None of the other quotes even pointed these things out. I guess so they could pad the bill later. His guys came and took care of all the issues and did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our house. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. The service was great and they were a good value. I will refer them again and again

These guys are awesome. They have fixed up and improved my property twice now and I trust them completely. Quality of workmanship is phenominal. Very open, communicative and honest. They’ve built two bathrooms, tiled my entire top floor, water ingress remediation, retiled my fireplace and fixed my roof. I would highly recommend them. Next job is my top deck.

GSI replaced rotten wood around my facia and soffit with cement board. They also replaced my 4” gutters that leaked and overflowed with 5” gutters that have never overflowed in 3 years. They found that my underground drain was plugged with tree roots and dug it all up and replaced it. Back yard now drains. They poured two patios and covered both. They then painted everything. It is a beautiful job done on time at a reasonable price. They are totally professional and easy to work with. I then had
