Called Gilbert and explained I didn’t have water and that he would need to bring help as the well cover was very heavy. He had a few appointments ahead of me which was fine. He showed up in the afternoon of the same day. He did not bring any help and preceded to use his lift which completely destroyed my pump house cover. After he broke the handle off I would assumed he would have asked for help or at least waited until I could have helped him out. I have spent the last 2 days repairing his

Gilbert’s was helping a neighbor today and we needed assessment of a problem with our well. They came by late afternoon after doing work at the neighbors house.
