I knew that I would get on with Juan the moment he first came round to look at the garden. He surveyed the area and I told him approximately what I wanted. He then came round and we spent a couple of hours making and refining a plan. He then gave me a line by line estimate - from what he thought the plants would cost to what his workers earned.
