I love this place! Someone actually answers the phone and is willing to discuss your problem. Instead of suggesting I need an expensive fireplace log replacement like their competitors did, they told me my problem could be fixed with a simple service call. They scheduled me for a couple days out, came on time, serviced my three fireplaces for the very reasonable price quoted to me on the phone.
