Understandable after Helene and Milton they were busy. I called to have my garage door replaced, I was not shopping around, a referral from a friend. A week went by, no contact and now another week plus, and no contact. Not sure I would ever give this company a label off my Campbell soup can. Spencer

Genie of St. Pete did such a great job for me, Kenny the technician came over, at the time as promised, and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Also, he did a quick garage door tune-up for me at no extra cost and also told me things I could do to make my garage door and opener perform better and last longer. There was no upsell pressure at all, so honest and profession from booking to service, can not speak highly enough of the whole team. I will never again look for another garage door company

Genie of St. Petersburg is fantastic. Very fast service, and top notch technician, explained everything easily and was transparent with what needed to be fixed and fair pricing. Hopefully won’t need repairs for awhile, but will use them again, recommended highly.
