Angela is the person I spoke to from the beginning and she is customer service gold. My whole career has been built around relationships and customer service and she is the exact type of person every business should have as their first point of contact. Highly recommend!

Genesis replied quickly to my request to service our air conditioner. They showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, order the part and fixed the issue the very next day when the part arrived.
