I hired Generator Supercenter almost 10 months ago to install a new backup generator through the Costco rebate program. It has been a nightmare waiting for them to finish the job. At this point, all I have is a partially installed, rusting generator in my backyard that doesn't work and is not actually connected. I paid them in full because they said that was required for them to complete the job, but then they ghosted me. They also did not provide the promised Costco rebate. My advice: Run awa
