Eastern Elite came to do an oil tank removal - turned out there was no oil tank, but they did test the soil and verified that there was no soil contamination. They said that they would follow up with the paperwork confirming proof that the oil tank was not there, and that our soil did not have any issues. This job took place almost 3 weeks ago. I have sent two emails and two text messages and called multiple times, and no one is letting me know when we will receive the paperwork to conclude this
