Called for emergency service, late on a Friday, no one was available but they put me in contact with a technician and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and walk me thru the fix step by step, great service and great company. Went above and beyond! Armando was super helpful!

My garage door broke Sunday afternoon. I called General Garage Door at 8:10 Monday morning. The first thing she asked me was if my car stuck was stuck in the garage and I said yes. She told me that she would check with the dispatcher and call me back, which she did within 20 minutes. Armando was there by noon.
