After paying 6,500 for a awning. I called the owner and said one of my connections was rusty after only one month. She said it was a faulty part that they forgot to coat. And that she would come right out to replace it before the rust got all over . Well it's been 4 months and still have the rusty part. Once they get your money it's screw you customer. Thx for nothing.

Honest, hardworking family run business! I lucked out over 20 years ago when I needed another estimate on making a new awning for my newly made porch. Jefco my original Canvas Awning maker said I needed a new awing because the 5 year old canvas awning's construction would not fit the new porch. This company came over to my house and measured the old awning and said yes it would definitely fit. That old awning hung up there for over 20 years. We now live near West Point in NY. Lynn sent a crew to spec out my custom awning, then they came back a second time to do the install. We’ve used their product for 15 years. My mom In Philly has been with them for 40+. Great to deal with.
