My wife and I enjoyed learning all the details about gas log sets from Kim during the Saturday afternoon at their shop selecting a RealFyre product. Chris continued to educate us during his visit to install the log set.just in time for the ongoing cold in January 2026. Education and customer service are clear differentiators of you're considering a gas log set. We think supporting a small local business is a wise choice for what is essentially a natural gas appliance.
