Latest service, very disappointed. Paid upfront, big mistake. Told work would begin in 1 1/2 months. Paid mid March, never sent me any paperwork on what work was to be done. I contacted in June. Started the next day, had every excuse under the sun. Supposed to be back next day to complete job. Didn't happen. Again,excuses. I understood they were to do more than what was completed.
