The difference in the floor is night and day. Mitch’s crew did great work. Oscar was great. Called ahead to let me know when he’d arrive. Showed up on time and got to work with temps in the 90’s. He sanded, repaired cracks, smoothed everything, and applied the flakes for the first part of the process. He even helped move a garage freezer with me. Leo and Abie returned the following day to finish the coating, cleaned everything up, and made sure everything was done. Before and after photos
