Of COURSE our garage door coil spring broke on a Friday night. We called Garage Door Masters on Saturday morning (one of few we found open) and they arranged for Alec to come about noon that day. That was great because our only car was inside the garage and there was no way for us to get it out to go anywhere. Alec was so busy that day that he was going to be late getting to our house but he kept in contact to let us know where he was. Once he got here he was a delight. So friendly and knowledge
