I hired GWC to investigate water drainage I was getting in the subarea of my house. Juan and his team systematically dug out the space around my foundation (6ft deep!), testing for water until they found the root cause. They were eventually able to narrow the problem down to a whole in the footing (left by builder, made worse by watering of grass). Juan did an excellent job backfilling the whole with cement then applying multiple water treatment technologies (epoxy coatings, membrane board).
