They did terrible job on my wool rug. Not only that they were not able to get out a stain, they returned the rug with several different stains (yellow/rusty dots, yellowish wash on one part, etc). I returned it for a repeat - it looks the same after the second cleaning. I get that some stains are hard to get out, but don’t add more!! They ruin my rug. Avoid!!!
