Unfortunately I went from a happy customer to an unhappy customer. Service response was very slow (had to wait a week for an appointment) but my toilets broke less than 3 years after installation As in they don’t flush. They could at least have come to check what is wrong and considered honoring a warranty. I expect toilets that cost $700 to install to last longer than that. Very disappointing and will never use this company again! Basic toilet installation $748x2 !! That’s after “membership sav
