After one year, after the warranty expired, the installed carpet started showing wrinkles and buckling (bubbles under the carpet). I was told it needed to be re-stretched. After speaking with other carpet repair experts I was told it was likely the power stretch wasn't done adequately and that damage to the carpet and secondary backing may have resulted. French Bros. came recommended for hardwood/vinyl floor installation but I can't recommend them for carpet installation. In response to French
