There guys went bankrupt the day (April 15) I was supposed to get my replacement battery installed because the original died in November. Sounds about right for this horrible company. Install and getting approved was a nightmare in 2021-2022. They ignored my battery when it died and resolved my customer support ticket multiple times without actually doing anything. Makes sense they went under.

The customer service is just so, so bad. I would have gladly paid more for solar to have decent customer service. Would highly recommend a different company if you're considering buying solar.
