I called Frederic's Electric after I had a power failure following plugging in an electrical leaf blower. I called and Frederic and I had a long conversation regarding the details and possible issues. He showed genuine interest and gave practical advice I could do my self safely. Fred is a nice guy, was able to come to my tenants unit and replace an outlet. The part retail is $10 but invoiced me for $30. $200 fee for labor for a 10 min switch job. That’s the ridiculous part, I wouldn’t call again. Only if it’s an emergency…
