I give him points for coming same day, as my tenants water heater pilot was out. Lit a water heater pilot for 250! She said it took him a few minutes. On the phone, he asked me when it was installed and tried to sell me on installing a new one for a high quote. He then asked me (all by phone) to Venmo or Zelle him with no receipt or invoice.
