My gate was left open and one of my dogs got out. She ran in front of a car and was almost hit. The technician was well aware that I had dogs. I can’t believe that he was careless enough to leave the gate open. Unfortunately that gate is on the side of the house away from my doors so I didn’t see that it was open until I tried to figure out how my dog got out. I’m livid.
