I’m glad other people had a good experience, but unfortunately I can’t say the same. It feels like every time they fix one issue, something else suddenly breaks. It has become a never-ending story and honestly makes me wonder if it’s done on purpose just to keep taking my money. To make matters worse, when you call for explanations or help, the office staff are the least helpful part of the experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and very frustrating customer service overall.
