They went through the work, got permits scheduled, and handled everything end to end. It was a huge relief to get this work done, and know that our home is more stable now. I cannot recommend foundation solutions. Their repair of a horizontal foundation crack in my house didn't meet their contracts scope of work description. "Chip away concrete as necessary to reveal entirety of corroded rebar and remove. Chip additional concrete to install new length of #4 rebar centered in stemwall," They did a surface repair a few inches into the wall, definitely not to the center as described in their quote, and shown by their own photo.
