I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Before purchasing, I showed them the exact ceiling tile model I needed, and they confirmed it was correct. After receiving the order and opening the boxes, I immediately realized they had given me the wrong product. When I went back to return the tiles and request the correct replacement, I was told they do not accept returns on opened boxes even though opening the boxes was the only way to verify the product.
