Original job the worker's left half way through for 3 hours to help another crew with a bigger job. Second half of basement was not right after they returned to finish Came back two more times, So 3 times total. Still not even & rough in spots, but don't want the hassle of a 4th time. I gave them a 3 rating because everyone one the phone & in person were very nice & friendly. I think it was possible just not finishing the original & rushing to finish late in the day. The team arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Luke explain everything to ensure I understood the process they used to complete my garage floor. The work was completed on time and the results were exceptional. With the lifetime warranty, I'm quite pleased with the results.
