Estimating process: Joe arrived on time and provided a detailed explanation of how the K9 grass was going to be installed. He assured me that his team could level our yard without building an expensive concrete retaining wall. Joe also provided a “Ball Park” estimate which allowed us to solidify our plan and move forward. His final estimate came in a couple days later and was within our budget.
