Called on Mon morning with a septic tank alarm going off. Heather was so friendly and helpful - she knows more about septic systems than probably some techs!! She fit me in to their already busy schedule and Dave came out in the afternoon (after being on a commercial job in Baltimore all day) to troubleshoot and fix my issue at a very fair price. Dave was wonderful!! So helpful and competent at his job and his associate was also very nice (even offered to dig to find the pump access). Thank you

Fogle's cleaned my septic tank on 4/29/26, and driver cracked a portion of my driveway and went into the lawn while attempting to backup into my driveway. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED given all the driver had to do was align the truck with the driveway, which I redid 3 years ago at cost of $5,000. While you disclaim any responsibility to damage to a homeowner, you fail to inform homeowners that your truck can clean the septic from the road and does not have to enter the driveway.
