This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The crew sent to do the install were completely disrespectful in my house. And then Friday left without completing the job. I had to find another person to come in and paint and fix all of the issues on my walls. They never finished the job and I’ve been stuck with incomplete flooring. That was almost a month ago and I’m being told to wait another three weeks before they can finish.

tldr: Shipped broken tiles and never follow up! I ordered tiles for my balcony from this store because I had purchased from them years ago and needed a match. Found the same tiles, scheduled delivery—everything seemed fine. Then the delivery showed up with broken tiles. The delivery driver even confirmed that’s how they came from the warehouse and took photos.
