Very quick and efficient !

We had a great experience working with the flooring outlet and more team. Everyone there is warm and welcoming. We were patiently attended to and shown the options we had for flooring in my home. Raman and Hesam both helped us many times (we made at-least 5 trips) to answer questions and help select best flooring for our home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to do floors for their home.

The flooring itself is competitively priced, which is the only reason this isn’t a zero-star review. Once payment was made, the experience collapsed. They claimed they had not “received” my shipping payment, even after I provided the invoice email and a screenshot of the transaction. Rather than reconciling their own records, they refused to release the material, delaying my project timeline over a problem that was entirely on their end.
