You'd think getting new window shades wouldn't be that tricky, but we had a lot of specific concerns and wishes. It took a while to get us through the process of identifying exactly what we wanted, but Katie at FloorEver was incredibly patient and helpful. The new shades were installed throughout the house recently and we couldn't be happier. We decided to try the PowerView controls on several of the shades and are so glad we did. They were a breeze to get set up and we really enjoy the Hunt

When I purchased my granite countertops through them, I was told the process was the installer would fill all pits. When I selected my slab, I apparently signed off on it as is, or something like that. I call Floor Ever Interiors and ask for help, for them to stand behind what they told me, they say no installer will come out and do that. Really? They misled me.
