Terrible customer service, particularly the warranty department. Installed carpet purchased through Home Depot in Austin. They scrapped the subfloor loosened the boards and did not tightened down the subfloor before installing the carpet over the loose subfloor. As soon as they left we realized the entire floor squeaked every step you take. My 30lbs dog made the floor squeak when she walked on it.
