I'm pleased with the carpet and installation, however I urge anyone doing business with this company to get a hard copy invoice from the sales rep prior to paying a down payment. I was quoted $3K, and then told the company would install my carpet at discount price of $2K. I was asked to pay an upfront down payment of $500 so they could purchase materials.
