Customer Service overall good

We purchased over $4000 worth of tile in store, a ringing error split it into two separate orders, no problem. We scheduled the order to pick up ourselves at the end of the next day, when we arrived we were told that not only were both orders not ready but that they did not even have the right amount of boxes in stock to fulfill the order.
